Being able to say that we have a restaurant that is cleaned using all natural, non-toxic products has been a great plus for the health of the restaurant and our customers, not to mention our marketing. We find them to be very consistent and reliable. The owner of the company is very easy to reach, thoughtful and responsive to any questions or changes. Any time we have had to make a change or had a question about a practice of the company or its employees, the answer or action taken has been immediate and positive. The only issue we have is that there is no chemical smell, in fact, there is no smell at all. This was un-nerving at first, and I know this sounds odd, but....We often associate a clean smell with the chemical smell left behind. (That fresh pine-sol scent). Once we got over that need, we found that the restaurant really took on a sense of purity. It was all about the food, atmosphere and service. Perhaps coincidentally, we have found that our business has increased since we started using Molly's company. I like to think it is all about the food, atmosphere and service, but truthfully, not having chemical smells competing with our own delicious food certainly helps."
